EQUIP People is looking for a reliable Warehouse & Dispatch Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Wellington.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll help keep the warehouse running smoothly, ensuring products are picked, packed and dispatched accurately while maintaining strong stock control and organisation.
For the right person, there is a genuine pathway from temporary employment into a permanent position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Coordinating outbound freight and dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Assisting with stocktakes and cycle counts
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and efficient
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, dispatch, stores or logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work
- Reliable with excellent attendance and time management
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Forklift licence and experience advantageous, but not essential
- Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand

- $28-$30 per hour depending on experience
- Monday-Thursday roster
