EQUIP People are recruiting Traffic Management staff at all levels to support a range of civil construction, maintenance and infrastructure projects throughout Christchurch.
Whether you're an experienced STMS, a qualified TTM Worker, or hold a TMO qualification, we'd like to hear from you.
Duties may include:
- Setting up, monitoring, and removing temporary traffic management sites
- Installing and collecting signs, cones, barriers and traffic control devices
- Directing traffic safely and efficiently in accordance with approved Traffic Management Plans
- Supervising traffic management operations (STMS level)
- Completing site documentation and safety checks
- Communicating effectively with site teams, contractors and members of the public
- Maintaining high health and safety standards at all times
- Assisting with general site duties where required
What We're Looking For
- Current TMO, TTM, or STMS qualification (required)
- Previous traffic management experience preferred
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual tasks
- Reliable transport to and from work
