This full-time role is responsible for delivering a wide range of plumbing, gasfitting, and drainage services across residential and commercial projects. As a key member of the team, you'll play an important role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Undertaking plumbing, gasfitting, and drainage installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing, gas, and drainage issues
- Installing, testing, servicing, and maintaining gas appliances and gas reticulation systems
- Ensuring all plumbing, gasfitting, and drainage work complies with relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements
- Working efficiently within a small team while liaising with builders, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required
What They're Looking For
- Qualified and registered Plumber/Gasfitter/Drainlayer with a minimum of 4 years' industry experience
- Current PGDB licence preferred
- Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing, gasfitting, and drainage work
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety
