The Role
You'll be the central hub of the business, responsible for executive support, office coordination, reception duties, and customer liaison. No two days will be the same as you work across multiple areas of the business to ensure operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's diary, emails, meetings, and priorities.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and administrative projects.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors.
- Maintain office systems, records, supplies, and documentation.
- Assist with proposals, pricing documents, and tender administration.
- Support communication across operations, accounts, workshop, and management teams.
- Ensure a professional front-of-house experience and office environment.
- Previous experience in Office Management, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administration roles.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using business systems.
- Professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience within construction, transport, trade, hire, or industrial sectors would be highly regarded.
