EQUIP People is looking for two reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Labourers to join a busy panel production team in Hornby.
You'll be working in a manufacturing environment producing specialist insulated building panels. This is a hands-on role involving assisting with production, handling materials and helping keep the manufacturing process running smoothly.
The work is physically active, so you'll need to be comfortable being on your feet, moving materials and carrying out repetitive tasks throughout the day.
You don't need extensive manufacturing experience but reliability, a good attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
What You'll Be Doing
-Assisting with the manufacture of insulated building panels
- Handling and moving materials around the production area
- Feeding materials into the production process
- Assisting production staff with general tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following production instructions and quality requirements
- Working safely around machinery and equipment
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Comfortable with hands-on, physically active work
- Able to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing or factory experience advantageous
- Reliable transport to Hornby
What's on Offer
- $24/hr starting rate
- Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
- Possible additional hours available after the normal shift and occasional Saturday mornings
- Temp-to-permanent opportunity
