Key Responsibilities

Assemble timber frames and trusses from plans and specifications
Operate saws, nail guns, and other workshop tools safely and efficiently
Measure, cut, and inspect timber for quality and accuracy
Meet daily production targets and deadlines
Keep your workspace safe, organised, and tidy

What We're Looking For

Experience in frame and truss manufacturing, carpentry, or hammer hand work
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or plans
Strong practical skills and good hand-eye coordination
Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive tasks
Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
