EQUIP People are seeking experienced Class 2 Driver Operators to support a short-term infrastructure project in Masterton commencing 2nd June.
This role suits someone practical, reliable and comfortable working in a physical outdoor environment while supporting site and drainage operations.
Duties may include:
• Operating Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Supporting sump and drainage-related operations
• Assisting with loading, unloading and site tasks as required
• Working alongside crews to maintain safe and productive site operations
• Carrying out vehicle and equipment checks
• Following all site safety and operational procedures
• Maintaining professional communication with site teams and supervisors
This role is hands-on and may involve physical labour alongside driving duties.
What We’re Looking For
• Current NZ Class 2 Driver Licence
• Previous civil, drainage or infrastructure experience preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
• Reliable, punctual and safety focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
• Practical attitude and willingness to assist across site operations

• Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Ministry of Justice checks will be considered on a case-by-case basis
