EQUIP People is looking for an experienced Aluminium Fabricator to join an established Christchurch manufacturing operation producing high-end aluminium window systems.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that when you're working on premium products, the detail matters. Accuracy, finish and consistency are important and we're looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work.
You'll ideally have 3-5 years' aluminium fabrication experience and be comfortable working in a busy production environment where there's a strong focus on getting the job done properly and to a high standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Fabricating and assembling premium aluminium window systems
- Cutting and preparing aluminium components accurately
- Working from measurements, specifications and technical drawings
- Using a range of hand and power tools
- Ensuring frames and components are assembled accurately and to specification
- Checking your work for quality, finish and accuracy
- Working as part of a busy production team
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
-Following established production and Health & Safety procedures
What We're Looking For

3-5 years' aluminium fabrication experience ideally
- Experience with aluminium windows, doors or similar systems
- Previous experience in a busy production environment
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
- Comfortable working from measurements, specifications and drawings
- Good understanding of fabrication tools and processes
- Reliable, practical and hands-on
- Good work ethic and a team-focused attitude

What's On Offer
- $28-$34 per hour, depending on experience
